Structurally engineered and built to current Seismic/Earthquake code requirements which required that the entire building envelope be solid-sheeted in 5/8-inch thick structural CDX plywood (all exterior walls, atrium, garage and roof!)

The all-new Eichler Siding was custom-made to match the original “Breckenridge” Eichler Siding by The Eichler Siding Co and then twice-primed (on BOTH sides) with Zinsser Smart Prime™ prior to installation.
All exterior wood seams (CDX shear wall AND Eichler Siding) were sealed using premium SikaFlex™ caulk to prevent pest infestation and/or moisture intrusion. And exterior wood trim was primed twice before installation, then sealed with SikaFlex™ caulk and painted again after Trim installation.

The slab foundation was cut to excavate and remove the old/original galvanized waste and iron sewer lines. All-new black ABS plastic 2-inch to 3-inch waste lines were installed along with a new/seamless 60-foot long 4-inch sewer lines (to City service)
